Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and coordination of brand activation events, including timelines, budgets, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution of activations from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
- Prepare and distribute event materials, including signage, promotional items, and digital assets.
- Monitor event progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide real-time solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and compile reports to measure success and ROI.
- Maintain organized documentation of project plans, contracts, and expenses for accountability and future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends in experiential marketing and brand activations to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications
- A bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in event coordination, project assistance, or marketing support roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends, to support event execution.
- Familiarity with Baliâs event landscape and local vendor networks is a plus.
