Responsibility
- Conduct undercover evaluations of nicotine product retailers, including vape shops, convenience stores, and specialty outlets.
- Assess customer service quality, staff knowledge, and adherence to sales protocols.
- Evaluate product display, pricing, and promotional compliance as per client guidelines.
- Document findings accurately and objectively using provided digital tools or reports.
- Test purchase processes, including age verification and transaction efficiency.
- Provide detailed feedback on store cleanliness, ambiance, and overall shopping experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all assignments.
- Submit reports promptly and adhere to project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Age 21+ (required for nicotine product evaluations).
- Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work independently.
- Reliable access to transportation (motorcycle/car preferred).
- Own a smartphone for reporting and coordination.
