Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging music education programs for students of all ages, from beginners to advanced learners.
- Develop creative lesson plans that incorporate fun, interactive methods to enhance learning and retention.
- Provide one-on-one and group consultations to assess students' musical abilities and tailor educational approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with schools, community centers, and private clients to organize workshops, recitals, and music-related events.
- Offer guidance on music theory, instrument selection, and practice techniques to help students achieve their goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in music education and incorporate innovative teaching tools and technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to foster long-term engagement.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in teaching music, either in a formal educational setting or through private lessons.
- Strong proficiency in at least one musical instrument (e.g., piano, guitar, violin, drums) and a solid understanding of music theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative and engaging educational content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience working with children or in educational settings is highly desirable.
