Responsibility
- Operate and maintain specialized machinery and equipment for munitions production in compliance with safety protocols.
- Assemble, inspect, and test munitions components to ensure adherence to military and industry standards.
- Follow detailed technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to produce high-precision defense products.
- Conduct quality control checks and document production processes to maintain traceability and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Adhere to strict safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines in all aspects of production.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or defense industry roles (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Hands-on experience with machinery operation, assembly, and quality control in a regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, precision, and compliance.
