Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
- Operate and maintain the photobooth, assisting customers and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the register at the end of shifts.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, counters, and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management, such as restocking supplies and reporting low stock to supervisors.
- Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Support promotional activities, such as setting up displays or assisting with special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience is preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with photobooth operations or willingness to learn quickly.
