Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly motorcycle sales targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and key clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and pricing to effectively address customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
