Responsibility
- Conduct direct sales of motorcycles to retail outlets and end-users across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and standards.
- Provide product demonstrations and detailed explanations to potential buyers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid motorcycle license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
