Responsibility
- Visit assigned outlets to promote and sell company products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Increase the number of active outlets (NOO) through effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid SIM C license (mandatory).
- Ownership of a motorcycle is preferred.
- Android smartphone with a minimum of 4GB RAM.
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali.
