Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and servicing of Yamaha motorcycles according to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Execute repairs, replacements, and adjustments on engine components, brakes, transmissions, and other critical systems.
- Install and replace genuine Yamaha parts and accessories with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct test rides to verify the functionality and safety of repaired motorcycles.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, parts usage, and customer feedback.
- Provide clear and professional explanations of repair needs and recommendations to customers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workshop cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic, preferably with Yamaha or other Japanese brands.
- Certification in motorcycle repair or a related technical field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, including engine systems, electrical components, and chassis.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and specialized equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Indonesian to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy parts and work in various positions for extended periods.
