Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Conduct thorough vehicle assessments and provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all performed work.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all repair and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Vehicle Technician (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, suspension, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic reports.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy parts and work in various positions (standing, bending, kneeling).
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) for team coordination.
