Responsibility
- Safely transport goods, documents, and parcels to designated locations using a company-provided or personal motorcycle.
- Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Verify delivery details, including recipient information and package integrity, before handover.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all deliveries, including signatures, timestamps, and condition reports.
- Inspect and secure loads to prevent damage or loss during transit.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
- Perform routine motorcycle maintenance checks (e.g., fuel, tires, brakes) to ensure operational safety.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, including uniform compliance and courteous customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider or in a similar logistics role (preferred).
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, especially in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or Badung areas.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Basic smartphone literacy for navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Waze) and delivery tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
