Responsibility
- Operate and drive internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric buses safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers on board.
- Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in optimal condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, incidents, and maintenance issues.
- Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Promote a positive and professional image of SBS Transit through your conduct and appearance.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license for buses (SIM B1 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving buses or similar large vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of the job.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
