Responsibility
- Pick up and deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the safety and security of all delivered items.
- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Inspect and maintain the motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM C).
- Proven experience as a motorcycle courier or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali's roads and shortcuts.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic smartphone skills for navigation and tracking apps.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
