Join Asuransi Raksa Pratikara as a Motor Insurance Claims Officer in Bali and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient motor insurance claim resolutions. Based in the vibrant regions of Denpasar, Badung, or surrounding areas, you will work closely with repair workshops, surveyors, and policyholders to facilitate fair and timely claim settlements. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining trust and satisfaction among clients while upholding the company’s reputation for reliability and integrity.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of IDR 6.2M – 6.4M per month, along with the chance to grow within a leading insurance provider in Indonesia.
Responsibility
- Monitor and oversee the end-to-end motor vehicle insurance claim process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with authorized repair workshops, surveyors, and adjusters to assess damage, validate claims, and determine repair costs.
- Conduct negotiations with policyholders, third parties, and service providers to achieve fair and cost-effective claim settlements.
- Prepare and review claim documentation, including police reports, repair estimates, and medical records (if applicable), for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with underwriting and legal teams to resolve complex or disputed claims, providing clear recommendations for approval or denial.
- Maintain detailed records of all claim activities, communications, and resolutions in the company’s database.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing policyholder inquiries, explaining claim procedures, and offering guidance throughout the process.
- Identify fraudulent or suspicious claims and escalate them to the appropriate department for investigation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in motor insurance claims handling, underwriting, or a similar role in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations, motor vehicle policies, and claim procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and claim management software.
- Ability to analyze complex information, make data-driven decisions, and work under tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken) is a plus.
