Responsibility
- Process and assess motor insurance and extended warranty claims in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with policyholders, repair shops, and assessors to gather necessary documentation and verify claim details.
- Evaluate claim validity, coverage limits, and potential fraud indicators to ensure accurate and fair settlements.
- Maintain meticulous records of all claims, including correspondence, investigations, and resolution outcomes.
- Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to resolve complex or disputed claims efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining claim processes, and offering timely updates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline claims workflows and improve turnaround times without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance regulations, and best practices to enhance professional competence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; insurance certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in motor insurance claims handling or a similar role within the insurance sector.
- In-depth knowledge of motor insurance policies, claim procedures, and Indonesian insurance regulations.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
