Fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage, as it will enable you to engage with a broader client base and facilitate international business transactions.

Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base in the insurance sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct risk analysis and underwriting assessments to ensure profitable and sustainable business deals.
- Negotiate and finalize insurance policies, renewals, and contract terms with clients and brokers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals, market analysis, and performance reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
- Leverage Mandarin language skills to engage with international clients and facilitate cross-border business transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or underwriting within the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
