Responsibility
- Evaluate motor insurance claims by inspecting vehicle damages, reviewing repair estimates, and verifying policy coverage.
- Collaborate with repair shops, policyholders, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely claim settlements.
- Document claim findings, including photographs, reports, and recommendations for approval or denial.
- Negotiate with third-party vendors or service providers to optimize repair costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines in all claims processing activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing policyholder inquiries and resolving disputes professionally.
- Analyze trends in motor claims to identify fraud indicators or areas for process improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed claim reports to management for review and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in motor claims evaluation, automotive parts, or related fields (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of motorcycle/car mechanics, repair processes, and insurance claim procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using claims management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal) to interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct on-site vehicle inspections as needed.
- Certification in insurance or claims handling (e.g., CII, AICPCU) is a plus but not required.
