Responsibility
- Manage and analyze motor insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the timely submission and approval of claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Follow up on vehicle repairs and coordinate with repair centers to expedite the process.
- Facilitate payments to clients and service providers, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently.
- Liaise with insurance providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve claim-related inquiries and disputes.
- Maintain detailed records of all claims, updates, and communications for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and offering solutions to claim-related issues.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and improve claim processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance claims, preferably in motor insurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using insurance claim management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
