Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, with a focus on traditional Malaysian kopitiam offerings.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, condiments, and service stations.
- Handle cash and electronic payments efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and change.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (waiter/waitress, server, or hospitality) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Malay or Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain composed under pressure.
