Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following Zuspresso’s high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages to the manager.
- Provide friendly, efficient service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Operate the cash register, process payments accurately, and handle transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.
- Uphold Zuspresso’s brand reputation by delivering consistent quality and exceptional customer experiences.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance coffee knowledge, brewing techniques, and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in beverage presentation and café cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
