Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail environments to promote and sell mobile devices and accessories.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications to drive customer interest and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store staff.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track sales performance and report results to the management team.
- Participate in product training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (mobile/tech industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with mobile devices, accessories, and current market trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in retail locations.
