Responsibility
- Operate and maintain the mobile coffee cart, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and stocked.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, with consistency and precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies (coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, etc.) as needed.
- Set up and break down the mobile cart at designated locations, adhering to scheduled timings.
- Promote Jago Coffee’s products and loyalty programs to drive sales and customer retention.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus, but not required (training provided).
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (e.g., coffee bean bags), and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings or late evenings as needed.
- Own transportation or willingness to commute to assigned locations in Bali.
