Responsibility
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) to support business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and recommend IT solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of new software and hardware, ensuring seamless compatibility with existing systems.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and compliance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or patches as needed.
- Train and support end-users on MIS tools and applications to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
- Generate and present reports on system performance, usage metrics, and ROI to senior management.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on MIS implementation and support.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems, database management (SQL, Oracle), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead IT initiatives from planning to execution.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or relevant MIS/ERP platforms are advantageous.
