Responsibility
- Operate and monitor mill and shredder machinery to ensure smooth, efficient production.
- Perform routine equipment setup, calibration, and adjustments to meet production specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of production output, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet established standards.
- Optimize machine settings for maximum efficiency and minimal material waste.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in operating mill, shredder, or similar industrial machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 kg).
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
