Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions to facilitate seamless communication between applications and databases.
- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate middleware with existing systems.
- Optimize middleware performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues, providing timely support to internal teams.
- Implement security best practices to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
- Document middleware configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Stay updated with emerging middleware technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Middleware Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of middleware technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with middleware platforms like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM WebSphere.
- Knowledge of API development, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and data integration techniques.
