Responsibility
- Prepare and cook authentic Middle Eastern dishes, including kebabs, mezze, stews, and specialty breads.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency for every order.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure optimal stock levels of fresh ingredients and dry spices.
- Ensure the kitchen workspace complies with stringent hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations (HACCP standards).
- Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery during peak hours.
- Control food wastage by monitoring portion sizes and storage methods.
- Regularly experiment with menu innovations to keep our offerings competitive and exciting.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as a Chef, specifically specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine.
- Deep understanding of traditional Middle Eastern ingredients, spice blends, and cooking techniques.
