Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve software delivery speed and reliability.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep to provision and manage Azure resources.
- Optimize and monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other observability tools.
- Implement security best practices, including identity management, network security, and compliance policies in Azure environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, configuration, and performance issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Mentor junior team members and advocate for DevOps culture, including automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps trends, tools, and Azure services to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on Azure cloud services.
- Proven expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and Azure Repos for CI/CD automation.
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) and orchestration tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
