Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable, including collections and aging reports.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure tax compliance by coordinating with tax advisors and submitting required filings.
- Optimize ERP system workflows to enhance financial data integrity and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Assist in audit preparations and provide supporting documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue accounting, billing, or financial reporting.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
