Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot for backend services.
- Build and optimize React-based frontends with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) with a focus on security and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver high-quality features in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on best practices and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps for product enhancements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java/Kotlin and React.
- Proven experience with backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Micronaut) and frontend libraries (React, Redux).
- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation) and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, ECS).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development workflows (Git, Jira).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English and a team-player mindset.
