Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with micro-business owners and individuals in assigned regions.
- Promote and sell micro banking products and services, including savings accounts, micro loans, and financial solutions.
- Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and assess their financial needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Educate clients on financial literacy and the benefits of formal banking services.
- Collaborate with branch teams to streamline client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, microfinance, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local markets and business communities is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions and work flexible hours.
