Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of micro-banking clients (individuals and SMEs) in assigned Bali regions.
- Promote SMBC’s micro-loan, savings, and digital banking products to meet sales targets.
- Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and assess their financial needs.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies in all transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to organize community outreach programs and financial literacy workshops.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs and contribute to branch-level performance goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, banking, or microfinance, preferably in retail or SME segments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local market and business culture is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions (own motorcycle/vehicle preferred).
- No active credit defaults or legal restrictions for financial sector employment.
