Responsibility
- Promote and sell unguaranteed micro-loan products from Bank MAS to retail businesses, with a focus on Wings Group stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and potential clients to drive product adoption.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Educate clients on loan terms, benefits, and application processes to ensure transparency and trust.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, financial services, or microfinance (preferably in banking or retail lending).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market (especially Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions and work flexible hours as needed.
- Basic understanding of financial products, credit assessment, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
