Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events from planning to completion.
- Liaise with hotels, venues, and vendors to secure bookings, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, and accommodations for event attendees.
- Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance service offerings and stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare post-event reports, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future events.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MICE, event planning, or hospitality operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Office, event management software, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle last-minute changes.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of Baliās hospitality landscape and vendor networks is a plus.
