Responsibility
- Develop and implement metrology processes and procedures to ensure accurate measurement of product parameters.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by providing metrology expertise and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve metrology-related issues.
- Maintain and calibrate metrology equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Analyze measurement data and provide insights to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Document metrology procedures, standards, and best practices for internal reference.
- Train and mentor team members on metrology techniques and equipment usage.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in metrology technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in metrology or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of measurement techniques, calibration processes, and quality control.
- Familiarity with metrology tools and equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators, micrometers).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
