Responsibility
- Conduct on-site visits to unregistered culinary businesses to verify their physical existence and operational status.
- Collect and validate business documentation, including licenses, permits, and ownership details.
- Assess the accuracy of merchant information (e.g., location, contact details, business hours) against provided data.
- Document findings with high-quality photos, notes, and verification reports using mobile applications.
- Communicate professionally with business owners to clarify discrepancies or gather additional information.
- Submit detailed validation reports within strict deadlines to ensure timely database updates.
- Identify and report potential fraudulent or non-compliant merchants to the compliance team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve validation processes and merchant onboarding efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field verification, auditing, or a related role (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business owners.
- Familiarity with mobile data collection tools and basic photography skills for documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in business information.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (local language skills in Balinese are a plus).
- Ownership of a smartphone with a reliable internet connection for real-time data submission.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
