Responsibility

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants in the Bali region to expand Buku Warung’s merchant network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential merchant leads and business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate Buku Warung’s products and services to prospective merchants.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly merchant acquisition targets as set by the company.
  • Provide training and support to merchants on using Buku Warung’s platform effectively.
  • Gather merchant feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on merchant acquisition activities, challenges, and successes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales (FMCG, telecom, or merchant acquisition) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Possession of an active SIM C license and a two-wheeled vehicle for fieldwork.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s local business landscape is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and digital tools for sales and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
