Responsibility
- Identify and target potential merchant partners in Bali and surrounding regions to expand our network.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, including pricing, terms, and service-level commitments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and product) to optimize merchant onboarding and support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and merchant performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and merchant feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, merchant development, or business development, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful merchant partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics to track performance.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
