Responsibility
- Assist in designing and implementing visual merchandising displays to attract customers and enhance product appeal.
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating with the procurement team.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend merchandising improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Ensure product placement adheres to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Assist in setting up new product launches and seasonal collections.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding shoppers.
- Prepare reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong passion for retail, fashion, or consumer products with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Basic understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute innovative ideas.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
