Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for retail, fashion, or consumer products with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Basic understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
