We offer a competitive salary range of $2,400 – $3,000 per month, along with the chance to grow in a company that values innovation and customer-centric solutions.
Responsibility
- Execute in-store merchandising activities, including product stocking, shelf arrangement, and promotional setups to maximize visibility and sales.
- Drive a company van to deliver products to retail outlets, supermarkets, and other assigned locations safely and on schedule.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels at assigned stores and report stock shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
- Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies, such as in-store promotions, sampling, and pricing adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales, and client interactions using company-provided tools or software.
- Ensure the van and all equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, or a related field within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience driving commercial vehicles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to lift and move products (up to 20-25 kg) and work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and distribution channels is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
