Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of MEP technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage projects and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and safety regulations.
- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
