Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using industry-standard software.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs.
- Generate and review MEP shop drawings and construction documents.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes.
- Participate in project meetings and present BIM models to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an MEP BIM Modeller or similar role.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Certification in BIM or related field is a plus.
