Responsibility
- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and financial services.
- Promote and market the company's financial products and services to existing and potential members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
- Process member applications, loans, and other financial requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Handle member complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to member services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and financial software.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.

- Willingness to work in various locations across Bali.
