Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology, with precision and accuracy.
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and compliance with safety protocols.
- Analyze and interpret test results, providing clear and concise reports to healthcare providers.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and participate in proficiency testing programs.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all laboratory activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Implement and monitor infection control policies to maintain a sterile and safe laboratory environment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and laboratory techniques through continuous education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Valid Medical Technologist license or certification (local or international equivalents accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic center.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and automated lab equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a patient-centered approach.
- Knowledge of ISO 15189 or other laboratory accreditation standards is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
