Responsibility
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyze biological samples with precision.
- Perform drug testing and toxicology analysis in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Document and report test results in a timely and accurate manner.
- Follow strict safety and hygiene protocols in the laboratory.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Stay updated with advancements in medical technology and testing methodologies.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Valid license or certification as a Medical Technologist (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in laboratory testing and drug analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS) is a plus.
