Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests including hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology with precision and accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring they meet quality control standards and are reported in a timely manner.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshooting issues and performing routine calibration and maintenance.
- Follow strict safety and infection control protocols to ensure a secure working environment for staff and patients.
- Document and record all test procedures and results in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information that supports patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest laboratory techniques, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Participate in quality assurance programs and contribute to process improvements within the laboratory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Valid Medical Technologist license or certification recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in a high-volume diagnostic center.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality control measures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and healthcare providers.
