Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote support to surgeons and medical staff during implant procedures, ensuring smooth product utilization.
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management for medical implants, including order processing, delivery scheduling, and stock monitoring.
- Assist in pre- and post-operative product demonstrations, explaining features, benefits, and proper usage to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of product usage, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for product promotion and client engagement.
- Respond to technical inquiries from hospitals and clinics, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulatory compliance in the medical device sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a healthcare-related role (fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with medical professionals.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training or client meetings.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology (training will be provided).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
