Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to introduce and promote patented dermatological and aesthetic products to dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and clinics.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals through regular visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and proactive engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and medical advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Conduct product training sessions and workshops for medical staff to ensure proper usage and maximize product adoption.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, including digital and in-person events.
- Gather and report customer feedback, market insights, and sales data to refine strategies and improve product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in medical sales and product promotion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with a background in healthcare or life sciences are preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of dermatological and aesthetic treatments, including product knowledge and clinical applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
