Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned territories (Bali, Sumatera, Jakarta, Java).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics to promote medical products.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize medical seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical or customer service issues.
  • Stay updated on medical advancements, product knowledge, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven sales experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Existing network of contacts in Sumatera, Jakarta, Java, or Bali is a major advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within assigned regions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the healthcare sector.
