As a field-based professional, you will engage in hospital visits, product demonstrations, and strategic marketing initiatives to promote our portfolio of medical solutions. Your efforts will directly impact the adoption of life-changing products in clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies across Bali’s key regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Conduct regular hospital and clinic visits to present and promote medical products to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Provide product training and demonstrations to ensure proper usage and understanding of medical solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, seminars, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business, or related fields (preferred).
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare marketing (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, products, and industry regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (additional local dialects are a plus).
