Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Present and promote Biomedica Health Careās medical products and solutions to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare products is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
